Policies & Shipping

Returns, Cancellations, and Replacements Policy

Our goal is to be as transparent and simple as possible with our policies. If you are unsure about anything or have questions, please let us know! Due to the custom made nature of many of our products, our policies are different then most of our competitors. 

Returns

We will happily accept return requests on most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer. Any product returned must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by Ergoform.ca prior to shipping the item back. All return requests must be approved by Ergoform.ca or no credit will be due. 

Ergoform.ca will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). 

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of the product being returned to our warehouse, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and to inspect the product once it returns. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Replacements

Replacements are available for most of our products at no charge. It is the decision of ErgoForm.ca to provide either replacement parts or a full unit replacement depending on the situation. 

Cancellations

Most of our products are made to order just for you. Because of this, many items cannot be canceled after the order has been placed. We will do everything possible to cancel an order with the manufacturer, but it is only a request until we have confirmation of the cancellation being declined or accepted. 

Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 25%.

A cancellations must be requested in writing. 


Shipping

Our goal is to provide North Americans with quality commercial business and office furniture. In doing so, we use a logistic web that is very diverse to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. Note that there are longer timeframes for delivery on some products, and we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Internationally. 

If your shipping address is located in a "beyond delivery" area, we will contact you to configure something that suits your needs. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

We offer basic delivery (Ground Shipping and/or Lift Gate Service). If you require a shipping level upgrade, please contact us for more information.
